1. How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2 business days and delivered within 4–7 business days. If there are any delays, we’ll contact you and keep you updated.

 

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We provide free shipping on all orders £15 and above. Orders below £15 will have a small standard shipping fee applied at checkout. Refer to shipping policy page.


3. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.


4. What is your return policy?

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, simply contact us at enquiries@warehouseshop.org.


5. Can I exchange an item?

 

Yes! If you’d like to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the product you’d like instead.


6. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept payments via PayPal, Klarna and Credit cards; for flexible checkout options.


7. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship within the UK, Europe, US and Canada. We’re working on expanding our shipping options in the future. Contact us if you’re unsure, we will assist you and get appropriate shipment details regards to query.  


8. How do I contact customer support?

You can reach our support team by emailing enquiries@warehouseshop.org. We aim to respond within 24 hours.


9. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Otherwise we will go ahead and proceed with shipping, You can cancel either before shipping is dispatched or when you receives the order delivery. 

10. What if my package arrives damaged or faulty?

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at enquiries@warehouseshop.org with photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.


11. Do you offer discounts or promotions?

Yes! We regularly run promotions and seasonal discounts. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know about exclusive offers.

 

12. Are my payment details secure?

Absolutely. We use secure payment gateways with encryption to ensure your personal and payment details are fully protected.


13. Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account makes it easier to track your orders and access special promotions.


 

14. What happens if I miss a delivery?

If you’re not available when your package arrives, the courier will usually leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection at your local depot.
